PIX: Salman, Hrithik, Shilpa Shetty's Ganpati celebrations

Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Shilpa Shetty are quite renowned for their elaborate Ganpati festivities every year, and this year was no different.

They carried out the Ganpati visarjan with much fervour on September 10 in Mumbai.

Salman Khan, seen here with his bodyguard Shera, was spotted at his sister Alvira Khan Agnihotri's residence in Bandra -- the Khans had welcomed the deity at her suburban home since their own residence in Galaxy Apartments is currently undergoing renovation.

The Khan family -- Alvira, Helen, Atul Agnihotri, Salim Khan, Alvira's daughter Alizeh, Salma, Arbaaz's son Aryaan, Salman, Arpita and bodyguard Shera -- pose together.

Salman's Dabangg 2 costar Sonakshi Sinha and model/former Bigg Boss contestant Niketan Madhok were among the invited guests.

The youngest Khan sibling Arpita, dressed in a voluminous white anarkali, was spotted carrying the deity.

Salman's former flame and a very close friend, the stunning Sangeeta Bijlani turned heads in her bright salwar kameez.

Helen cut a formidable picture in her outfit as she proceeded for the visarjan.

Meanwhile, over at the Roshans, young Hridaan and Hrehaan extended a helping hand as father Hrithik and granddad Rakesh Roshan escorted Lord Ganesha for the rituals.

It was all fun and dance over at the Shetty-Kundra household, as Shilpa Shetty joined her parents, sister Shamita and husband Raj Kundra in the celebrations.

A sari-clad Shilpa kicked off the procession from her residence with father Surendra Shetty close behind.

Meanwhile, a whole lot of guests, including Reema Jain, arrived to join Salman Khan and family at their visarjan.

Actor and former Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa contestant Karanvir Bohra, with wife Teejay Siddhu, was among the guests.

Starlet Daisy Shah, who makes her acting debut in Salman's upcoming film Mental, was also present.

Ashmit Patel was dressed in casuals for the occasion.
