Rani MukerjiAfter Suniel Shetty and Aamir Khan, it is Rani Mukherji's turn to meet the Indian soldiers.

 

The star of Saathiya and Chalte Chalte travelled to the Rajasthan border to interact with the jawans, reports b4utv.com. 

 

During her three-day stay, Rani mingled with the soldiers, played games and heard them out.

 

The actress reportedly even treated them kheer which she had cooked.

 

That's compassion, Rani ishtyle!

like kindness is in the air. Like his costar of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Chalte Chalte, Shah Rukh Khan did his good deed as well.

 

Shah Rukh KhanA snippet in timescity.com mentions that SRK donated a sum of around Rs 15 lakh to the Mother Teresa Paediatric Ward at Mumbai's Nanavati Hospital.

 

Dedicated to the memory of his late mother, Lateef Fatima, the Centre will treat underprivileged children without charging any fees. SRK was quoted telling website, 'No child should have to spend time in a hospital. But if need arises, it should be a friendly place because they scare easily.'

 

The actor who recently co-hosted the 49th Filmfare Manikchand Awards with Saif Ali Khan will feature next in Farah Khan's Main Hoon Naa, Ashutosh Gowariker's Swades and Yash Chopra's untitled film.
