'Till the very end of the filming, I couldn't believe that I was actually doing a film with Akshay Kumar,' Amy Jackson tells Patcy N/ Rediff.com.

British actress Amy Jackson will romance Akshay Kumar in Singh Is Bling, and she's very excited about it!

She tells Patcy N/ Rediff.com about her experience.

What was your reaction when you bagged this role opposite Akshay Kumar?

I had to pinch myself hard! Till the very end of the filming, I couldn't believe that I was actually doing a film with him. I am a massive Akshay Kumar fan.

The first Indian film that I watched was his film with Katrina Kaif, Namaste London. I never thought I would get a chance to star opposite him, especially so early in my career.

How would you define Akshay Kumar?

You cannot define Akshay Kumar. He is the action king of Bollywood.

I have learnt a lot from him as an actor as well as a professional. For instance, this morning we were up at the crack of dawn, as we wanted to get today's promotional event sorted.

You look stunning in a bikini. How difficult is it to get that body?

I like to stay fit, so I did not have to prepare much.

Plus, on the sets Akshay always always keeps a check on everybody.

Akshay gave Ratiji (Rati Agnihotri) a diet and explained a healthy way of living to her. After a gap when we met her again, she had lost nine kilos and was looking great.

She doesn't look like Akshay's mother in the film, she looks like his elder sister.

Very rarely do we see actress performing stunts in a film.

There is a lot of action in this film, as compared to foreign films. I would like to start a trend. I love doing action. It is important in films for heroes as well as heroines.
