Ronjita Kulkarni : It's been fun chatting with all of you! Goodbye! Also see: Rediff movie critic Raja Sen, unplugged!
Ronjita Kulkarni : Yes Girish!
Ronjita Kulkarni : Garam Masala. A laugh riot!
Ronjita Kulkarni : There is definitely a change in the movies trend. There was a time when skin flicks worked big time. Now, comedy films are the flavour of the season.
Ronjita Kulkarni : Hi. Home Delivery has not opened to good reviews, so it seems doubtful.
Ronjita Kulkarni : Iqbal, Parineeta, Garam Masala, Black and Mangal Pandey.
Ronjita Kulkarni : Watch films everyday? Nah! :)
Ronjita Kulkarni : I think film reviews are a good thing. Besides, if you're going to spend Rs 150 per ticket on a film, you'd want to know whether it would be worth the money.
Ronjita Kulkarni : Apaharan is a very realistic film. And it has great performances by Nana Patekar and Ajay Devgan. The last 20 minutes are a letdown, however.
Ronjita Kulkarni : Krrish. The sequel to Koi... Mil Gaya
Ronjita Kulkarni : No. Unfortunately, I dont understand the language.
Ronjita Kulkarni : Yes Suresh, it's not a factually correct film by any standard. Yet, I was entertained. Besides, I'm totally an Aamir fan!
Ronjita Kulkarni : Rani is a good actress. But i have no female idols.
Ronjita Kulkarni : Violence shown in films does affect young minds to an extent. But this is a two-sided sword. If films were censored, creativity would be affected.
Ronjita Kulkarni : Akshay Kumar. John Abraham. And the film's excellent comedy.
Ronjita Kulkarni : Hi Cobra! Whats your question
Ronjita Kulkarni : I'm fine, Sanjana. How're you?
Ronjita Kulkarni : Both!! Are you offering me a movie? :)
Ronjita Kulkarni : I like Ram Gopal Varma's movies like Bhoot, Ek Hasina Thi and Vaastu Shastra. His films are very experimental. Not the regular kind.
Ronjita Kulkarni : It all depends upon the film. FIlms like Murder and Jism were hits mostly because of their hot promos. But nowadays, skin flicks are not doing well. Of course, some directors are still trying their luck...
Ronjita Kulkarni : Children's films in India are poor-quality films. Special effects is one area Bollywood hasnt been able to master yet.
Ronjita Kulkarni : Hi Rits! How're you?
Ronjita Kulkarni : There are quite a few movies that have social messages. And these are balanced by films like Bunty & Bunty & EKEH
Ronjita Kulkarni : I'm not a film writer. I'm a journalist. And I love it!
Ronjita Kulkarni : Most of the stars are sweet. Some of the best ones are Kareena, Govinda, Sushmita. Worst ones? Another time... :)
Ronjita Kulkarni : Paheli is a good film. But I don't think it deserved to go as India's nom to the Oscars. If I were in the jury, I would have selected Hazaron Khwashishe Aisi
Ronjita Kulkarni : Kalyan, I havent faced any threat yet :)
Ronjita Kulkarni : I loved Hazaron Khwaishein Aisi. My all-time fave.
Ronjita Kulkarni : Yes, it's a sad fact that a large number of Hindi films are blatant rip-offs of Hollywood movies.
Ronjita Kulkarni : India has made many classics like Mughal-e-Azam, Pakeezah, Sahib Biwi Aur Ghulam, Sholay...the list is endless
Ronjita Kulkarni : Hazaron Khwaishein Aisi
Ronjita Kulkarni : No, I'm from Mumbai
Ronjita Kulkarni : Ayush, there are 2 main reasons for making films -- either to make money, or for the passion of filmmaking.
Ronjita Kulkarni : Yes, the actors you have mentioned have done some very good films. I'm surprised you haven't included Amitabh Bachchan.
Ronjita Kulkarni : Neo, I would love to know the answer to this one as well!
Ronjita Kulkarni : Nah, don't bother with this one
Ronjita Kulkarni : Abhishek has a very bright future ahead of him. Not only is he signing the big banners, but he's also finally showing his acting talent.
Ronjita Kulkarni : whats your question?
Ronjita Kulkarni : Comedy
Ronjita Kulkarni : It's great news! And to make it even better, she'll be seen opposite Aamir Khan for the first time! And that will definitely bring in the audiences.
Ronjita Kulkarni : Yes, it would be nice to see Bhansali doing a gangster movie!
Ronjita Kulkarni : Hey thanks!are you offering me a movie?
Ronjita Kulkarni : Will surely do so!
Ronjita Kulkarni : Thanks! :)
Ronjita Kulkarni : No, tell me! Whats your question?
Ronjita Kulkarni : Hi Kishan
Ronjita Kulkarni : Neal n Nikki looks like a fun film. Might be interesting
Ronjita Kulkarni : Sure. Watch Garam Masala if your in the mood for comedy. If you want to simply watch a DVD instead of going to the theatres, just read our Weekend Watch Movie, every Friday!
Ronjita Kulkarni : I love comedy movies! Abhishek is definitely an actor to watch out for!
