There's good news for InCable viewers. IndusInd Media & Communications Limited and ESPN/Star Sports have mutually resolved their dispute and resumed transmitting the signals of ESS channels. This means viewers can now see the India-Australia cricket series on television.

This agreement was reached and formally signed on Saturday in Mumbai.

Both the parties have resolved all issues, including outstanding payments and issue of dummy decoders, to ensure that the viewers would not be deprived of the cricket series in Australia being transmitted by ESPN/Star Sports.

Over the past few days, ESPN/Star Sports had talked about moving the court against InCablenet over the dispute.

The sports channels have now agreed to withdraw these cases upon renewal of the services with InCablenet, said a media release from InCablenet.

All outstanding issues between both the parties have been cleared up and the ESPN Star Sports signals are once again back on the InCable Network wherever they have been switched off all across the country.
