Commerce and Industry Minister Kamal Nath will deliver a special address on 'India and the future of the world trade talks' at the University College at Oxford on Thursday.

He is also likely to call on Britain's Prime Minister Tony Blair during his visit, an official release said on Wednesday.

Trade between the two nations stood at $9 billion in 2005-06 and India had a trade surplus with exports of $5.1 billion to the UK, compared to $3.8 billion worth of imports.

Nath would also hold discussions with UK Secretary of State for Trade and Industry Alistair Darling and participate in the Indo-UK Joint Economic and Trade Committee review meeting.
