With an estimated10 crore cellphone users in India in four years, cellular and WLL (limited mobility) operators are offering attractive tariffs to woo users. But the ever-changing tariffs leave many customers confused.

Do you think these bills must be more transparent and easier to decipher? What would you suggest?
