HOT PICS: Malaika, Amrita set the ramp ON FIRE

The two Arora sisters sizzled on the ramp for Vikram Phadnis. Here's all that happened on the second last (but the most star-studded) show of the first day at Lakme Fashion Week.

It'd have been a miracle if Vikram Phadnis had started his show on time. With Neil Nitin Mukesh, Neha Dhupia, Arbaaz Khan, Sonakshi Sinha and Karisma Kapoor in attendance and Malaika Arora Khan and her sister Amrita set to walk the ramp, it was one of the most heavily star-studded shows of the day.

First up is Lekha Ananthraman who walks the ramp in this stunning anarkali.

The colour palette of this line was heavy on creams and golds. Iris Maity shows off her sexy abs in this fine ghagra-choli.

Nets, georgettes, linen, voils and pashmina were some of the most prominently used fabrics in this collection. Shruti Agarwal walks the ramp in a Vikram Phadnis sari.

The floral motif was strong as is seen in Shamita's outfit.

Amrita Arora was the first of the two sisters to take to the ramp and was greeted with wolf whistles and hoots!

Malaika Arora Khan, we must confess, was the sexier of the two as she walked down in a midriff bearing outfit. Needless to say the hoots and cheers were loudest for her!
