~ Log on to http://www.irctc.co.in/.

~ Select 'e-ticket' in the 'plan my travel' page.

~ Provide any of the following details belonginf to any one of the passengers for the purpose of indentification:

• Voter identity card
• Passport
• PAN 
• Driving licence 

~ You have to pay Rs 40 over and above the ticket price for an e-ticket.
