What: FEST 2005, the inter-school competition for students from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane district, will be held from November 26 to December 18.

• Literary: Handwriting, Essay, General Knowledge
• Performing Arts: Classical Dance, Hindustani & Carnatic Sangeet, Folk Dance, Mono Acting, Western Dance, Drama
• Creative: Fancy Dress, Drawing, Origami

Details

~ In its 19^th year, FEST 2005 will be held under four zones -- Western, Central, Navi Mumbai and South Mumbai.

~ Students of Junior KG to Class X are eligible to participate in the competition.

~ The speech, writing and vocal events will be in three languages: English, Hindi and Marathi.

~ Students can participate in individual as well as group events.

~ An individual can simultaneously participate in as many events s/he wants to.

~ Spot entries are allowed for all events except Bharatanatyam and Western dance.

~ Registration fee for individual events is between Rs 20 to Rs 30.

~ Registration fee for group events with 16 participants is between Rs 250 to Rs 300.
