~ You must be willing to work in night shifts for all profiles.

As a Customer Support Professional

~ You must have excellent communication skills.

~ You must have a flair for customer service.

~ You must be able to work in inbound and outbound US and UK business processes.

As a Voice-cum-Data Associate

~ You must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

~ You must have a keyboard typing speed of 35 words per minute at 90 percent accuracy.

~ You must have a sound knowledge of MS Office.

As a Technical Support Officer

~ You must have excellent communication skills.

~ You must have a sound knowledge of Computer Hardware and Networking for both Technical and Semi-tech processes.
