What: Wipro [Get Quote] BPO Solutions is looking for Technical Support Associates and Customer Care Associates.
These positions are based in Delhi.

Wipro BPO says:
For Technical Support Associates
~ You could be a graduate.
~ You could be an undergraduate.
~ You must have a technical bent of mind.
~ You must have one of the following qualifications:
- MCSE
- MCP
- MCSD
- GNIIT
~ You will be responsible for taking calls from overseas clients to assist them in high end technical troubleshooting.
~ You must be between 18 and 35 years old.
~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
For Customer Care Associates
~ You could be a graduate.
~ You could be an undergraduate.
~ You will be responsible for answering all inbound queries as well as taking up outbound sales campaigns.
~ You must be between 18 and 35 years old.
~ You must have an excellent command over the English language.
~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
