A tribute to changing trends

Narendra Kumar creations

T

urn Left Today. An interesting title for an interestingly themed collection.

Narendra Kumar's Fall-Winter 2005 collection takes its inspiration from the choices -- both personal and professional -- that people make in their lives.

Narendra's clothes and colour palette made a tasteful reference to same sex choices and the changing faces of women and men over the last five or so years.

He admits the recent MMS scandal was the stimuli for his collection.

Muted blacks, deep reds, midnight blues to bright yellows -- all found place in his line of ensembles and separates for menswear and womenswear.

Models came on the ramp in twos in balloon skirts, full suits and shirts and long skirts and ballroom dresses.

The collection is priced between Rs 3,000 and Rs 30,000.
