Mithali Raj [ Images ] was named as the captain of India's [ Images ] 15-member women's cricket squad on Monday for the World Cup to be played in India next month.
The ICC [ Images ] Women's World Cup will commence on January 31, and the final will be played at CCI ground in Mumbai [ Images ] on February 17.
Hosts India will play on the opening day of the tournament against West Indies [ Images ] at the Wankhede Stadium.
