Statistical highlights of the cricket tri-series match between Australia and Sri Lanka [Images] at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Friday:

# Australia's 128-run win is their second biggest over Sri Lanka at SCG - in their previous encounter at this venue, they had won by 167 runs on 12.2.2006.

# Australia's aforesaid triumph is their fifth successive against Sri Lanka since February 2006.

# Australia have won 44 out of 65 played against Sri Lanka (Lost 19 and No Result 2)

# Of the last six played by Sri Lanka, they have lost four (three to England [Images]) and won one while the remaining one could not produce a result.

# Sri Lanka's 125 is their second lowest score against Australia, next only to their 91 at Adelaide on 28.1.1985.

# Nathan Bracken [Images] (5/47) produced his career-best bowling figures, eclipsing his only previous five-wicket haul - five for 67 against South Africa at Johannesburg on 12.3.2006.

# Bracken became the first Australian to capture five wickets in an innings against Sri Lanka at SCG, eclipsing his own record of four for 30 on 12.2.2006.

# Bracken is the eighth Australian to bag five wickets in an innings at SCG. Glen McGrath [Images] is the only one to have bagged five wickets in an innings at this venue twice.

# Bracken got his third Man of the Match award - his second against Sri Lanka.

# Adam Gilchrist's [Images] 61 off 81 balls is his 54th fifty - his third against Sri Lanka.

# In his last four innings against Sri Lanka, Gilchrist has registered two centuries (122 at Brisbane on February 14, 2006 and 149 at Bridgetown on April 28,2007) and one fifty.

# In 27 matches against Sri Lanka, Gilchrist has made 1,304 runs at an average of 48.29.

# Of his 15 centuries in ODIs, Gilchrist has recorded five against Sri Lanka - the most by him against one opponent, also an Australian record against Sri Lanka. Only Saeed Anwar (Pakistan) and Sachin Tendulkar [Images] (India) with seven centuries each, have recorded more hundreds against Sri Lanka than Gilchrist.

# With two catches in Australia's innings, Mahela Jayawardene [Images] (135 in 263 matches) has overtaken New Zealand's [Images] Stephen Fleming's [Images] tally of 133 in 280 matches, moving to the second place behind Mohammad Azharuddin - 156 in 334 matches.

# Chaminda Vaas [Images] (51 at 35.47 apiece in 42 matches) became the first Sri Lankan bowler to bag 50 wickets in Australia.

# Muttiah Muralitharan, in his last four matches against Australia, has claimed just a single wicket as under:

# Clarke's 77 not out off 86 balls is his second best against Sri Lanka, next only to his 80 off 83 balls in Adelaide on 10.2.2006.

# Clarke's aforesaid innings is his second best at SCG, next only to his 103 not out against Pakistan on 23.1.2005.

# Ishara Amerasinghe (2/66) has registered his best figures, eclipsing his one for 30 against India in Brisbane on
February 5, 2008.
