India elect to field against Scotland August 16, 2007 15:57 IST Indian captain Rahul Dravid [Images] won the toss and elected to field against Scotland in the one-off one-day international in Glasgow on Thursday. India rested key players Sachin Tendulkar [Images], Sourav Ganguly [Images] and Zaheer Khan [Images] besides leaving out Rohit Sharma. Yuvraj Singh [Images], Gautam Gambhir [Images] and Ramesh Powar who warmed the bench during the Test series against England [Images], got a look in while Robin Uthappa, Ajit Agarkar [Images] and Munaf Patel [Images] who were not part of the Test squad also were included. India beat England 1-0 in the three-Test series and are to play seven one-day internationals from August 21.
