Kumble joins 500-club

Anil Kumble [Images] became the first Indian and only the fifth bowler in Test cricket history to reach the 500-wicket mark when he had Steve Harmison plumb in front on the third day of Mohali Test.

Kumble thus joined the exclusive club of Courtney Walsh [Images], Shane Warne [Images], Muttiah Muralitharan and Glenn McGrath.
