SC refuses to stay HC order on Ajay Jadeja June 02, 2003 15:12 IST The Supreme Court on Monday refused to stay a Delhi high court order allowing Ajay Jadeja to play domestic cricket. Disposing of a petition filed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India, a vacation bench comprising Justice N Santosh Hegde and Justice Shivaraj V Patil asked the BCCI to approach the high court for modification or change in the order allowing the cricketer to play domestic cricket.
