"Currently, no company offers customised configurations for AIO computers. The market share of AIO computers is expected to grow 300 per cent over the next one year. The growth will come from the users' shift from conventional desktop computer to the all-in-one computer desktop," said Vinay Chopra, director of sales and marketing, Cubit Computers.

The AIO segment of computers come with in-built central processing unit (CPU), containing the hard drive, processor, CD drive and speakers, into the same case as the monitor.

Apple and Dell offer such products, but they are costly compared to conventional PCs.

"We will charge in the range of Rs 22,000 for an entry-level configuration to Rs 55,000 for a state-of-art PC, which is cheaper than any other comparable product available in the market," said Suresh Nair, MD and CEO of the company. He, however, added that Cubit AIO desktop computers would be priced 20-25 per cent higher than the conventional desktop computer.
