Hyundai Motors, India's number two carmaker will launch its small hatchback EON on October 13.

Price sensitive customers are already speculating on the price, which experts say will not go beyond the range of Rs 250,000 to Rs 275,000.

Apart from pricing it attractively, Hyundai has taken enough precaution to see that EON's quality, at no point, has been compromised.

For many years Maruti, with offers like the M800, Alto, Zen had ruled the small car segment in India.

Bookings of EON commenced on October 1, 2011 and Hyundai has already dispatched 7,188 units of the hatchback to its dealerships across India.

Speculations are rife that Hyundai Eon will be delivered to customers by October 20.
