Three days after being hacked by the Pakistan Cyber Army, the website of the Central Bureau of Investigation is still not working. According to sources in the CBI, experts are still working on getting the website up and running.Of the many facts emerging from the cyber attack, the most disturbing one is that the Indian government is yet to notify a large number of sensitive websites as protected systems.
The website of the Central Bureau of Investigation has been hacked by the Pakistan Cyber Army, which claimed that it did so in retaliation for the hacking of Pakistan government websites by a group called the Indian Cyber Army.The message on the CBI website also mocked the agency over the lack of security measures and also questioned the manner in which the National Informatics Centre had put in place the security to safeguard government websites.
The alleged hacking of liquor baron Vijay Mallya's website by the Pakistan Cyber Army only goes on to show that cyber war between the two counties is on the rise, reports Vicky Nanjappa.
