It appears as though former Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa has fallen in line, at least for now. After being handed out some very tough talk by Bharatiya Janata Party president Nithin Gadkari, Yeddyurappa has now reserved his decision for February 27th.
Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa made it clear yet again on Monday that he would not step down from his post.
Denying reports of his resignation, Karnataka Chief Minister Sadananda Gowda has said the question of a leadership change does not arise in Karnataka.
A meeting that was meant to layout the roadmap for the Karnataka Bharatiya Janata Party ended abruptly on Friday with some tough talk by party president Nitin Gadkari aimed directly at former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa.
Embattled Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa late on Thursday night issued a press statement which stated that he will tender his resignation to Governor H R Bharadwaj on July 31.
