BCCI denies green signal, Middlesex drops Yuvraj

English county club Middlesex dropped Yuvraj Singh from their Friends Provident Twenty20 scheme of things after the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) denied them a written approval. Middlesex's chief executive Vinny Codrington said despite having received Yuvraj's signed contract, the county is not signing the Indian star batsman and he blames the Indian Cricket Board for playing a spoilsport.
