Oz teen pleads guilty of killing Indian student

A 16-year-old boy today pleaded guilty to killing Indian student Nitin Garg, a crime which threatened Australia's ties with India. The teenager, whose identity has not been revealed, appeared in Supreme court where he pleaded guilty to one count of murder and one count of attempted armed robbery in the killing of Garg.

The 16-year-old boy, who has not been named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty in the Supreme Court to being an accessory to the murder of 21-year-old Garg in Cruickshank Park on January 2, according to 'The Age'.
