The train services were also affected with the Harbour and Central Line locals running 15-20 minutes behind schedule.
Chronic flooding spots like Hindmata, Dadar, Matunga, Kurla and some parts of LBS Marg in Bhandup, Mulund and Vikhroli were water-logged.
