'Balwa close to BJP leaders, Swaraj was invited by Modi'

Continuing his explosive tirade against the Bharatiya Janata Party, NRI businessman Anshuman Mishra on Saturday made several allegations about top leaders of the saffron party, during an interview with STAR News.

Mishra had on Friday alleged that senior BJP leader Murali Manohar Joshi had met 2G scam accused Vinod Goenka and Shahid Balwa.

"They are opposing me because I am a clean person, I am educated and young. They might have not liked me having links with some politicians who weren't in their good books," Mishra said during the interview.

I am a close friend of Shahid Balwa and Vinod Goenka. Can they deny that Balwa and Goenka didn't stand with the BJP between 2000 and 2012.
