Junk medicines, Swami Ramdev tells Toronto

October 16, 2007
And the exercises started -- jumping up and down, lying down and moving one's legs, moving one's feet clock-wise and counter-clockwise, your hands in locked position going sideways up your shoulders.

People were there in wheelchairs, with walkers, old, not too old, young, men and women. Those who can't sit on the floor were seated on chairs, moving their body and enjoying what Swami Ramdev was teaching.
