With the opening ceremony of Celebrity Cricket League's third season scheduled to take place in Kochi next month, Mumbai hosted a curtain raiser at Film City in Goregaon, a western Mumbai suburb, over the weekend.

Sridevi, who arrived with husband Boney Kapoor and daughters Jahnvi and Khushi, looked luminous in her ethnic outfit.

The third season of the league features eight teams -- Telugu Warriors, Bengal Tigers, Chennai Rhinos, Kerala Strikers, Karnataka Bulldozers, Mumbai Heroes, Veer Marathi and Bhojpuri Dabbangs.

Salman Khan, who recently launched the flagship Being Human store in Bandra, was present at the do too.

Younger sister Arpita Khan put on a colourful dress for the evening.

Chitrangada Singh, whose new film Inkaar open to lukewarm response last weekend, looked lovely in white as she posed along side the Bollywood team -- Mumbai Heroes -- and their captain Suniel Shetty.

The team is owned by Sohail Khan.

Bipasha Basu looked as good as ever in a short sparkly dress and straight hair.

Genelia D'Souza, who arrived to cheer on husband Riteish Deshmukh -- owner and captian of team Veer Marathi -- looked glamorous in a sequins dress.

Kangna Ranaut went for Hollywood glam in a trench coat and Lady Dior bag.

The bubbly Kajal Aggarwal was a stunner in her gold dress and shoes.

Telugu stars Rana Daggubati and uncle Venkatesh make an entry at the do.

Veteran cricketers Andrew Symonds and Sanath Jayasuriya at the curtain raiser.

South Indian actresses Charmee Kaur and Lakshmi Rai lend their glam quotient to the event.
