After making waves with her elegant sari at the ongoing Cannes International Film Festival, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan chose a  blue gown for the red carpet premiere of Cosmopolis.

The actress opted to wear a blue Ellie Saab gown from the designer's Fall 2011 couture collection.

To complete her look, the actress accessorised with a light blue clutch, and matched it with blue nail polish, and a touch of blue eyeliner.

Ash's much-discussed post-pregnancy weight was more visible on the second day.
