Trisha
A big thumbs up for Trisha, who comes out on top with her performance in AMAV. The role required a mature, intense and understated performance. Trisha got all the emotions right, remaining subtle at the same time. With this film, she seems to have reached a large cross-section of people.
Incidentally, she wasn't the first choice for the film but once she stepped in, she did full justice to the role. Both Venkatesh and Trisha's performances were complementary, and perhaps Trisha too was at her best in AMAV. This is sure to take the former Miss Chennai places in the industry.
