Currently, CGI focuses on key markets where we bring both deep industry expertise as well as proprietary solutions that drive business results. Our key markets include the financial services industry including insurance (approximately 33% of revenue), the government market at all levels including federal, state, provincial, and local (approximately 30% of the business), and telecommunications (22%), healthcare, manufacturing, retail and distribution comprise the remaining 15% of our business.

We leverage our on shore, near shore, and off shore delivery capabilities to serve both our commercial and government clients. CGI employs approximately 26,500 professionals in over 100 offices in 16 countries, where we are organised around key metro markets to combine local accountability with our global delivery capabilities.

Tell us more about your career? How has been the experience working at CGI?

As a member of CGI's senior management team, I lead the United States business and the global delivery operations in India. I began my career at AMS in 1980 and have more than 25 years experience building IT consulting practices that focus on strategic, enterprise-wide solutions to our customers. I joined CGI in 2004 following the merger with American Management Systems.

I love working at CGI because it is a company of "builders" as well as "owners", where all employees are called members because they are empowered to do what's best for clients and to evolve the company itself. Every day, I have the privilege to work with a team of highly skilled professionals with an absolute commitment to quality deliver and service excellence.

Our stock ownership program, where CGI matches dollar for dollar, the investment of every member, is a reflection of this concept. Today, over 85% of all CGI members around the globe own CGI stock.
