Lingerie giant Triumph International held the Indian leg of its annual worldwide lingerie design contest, the Triumph Inspiration Award 2012, in Mumbai last night alongside the launch of its new 'Wild & Sexy' range. Here's a piece of the runway action!

The focus was on beautiful women and sensual intimates as Triumph launched another hot lingerie line for the Indian market on May 2.

To add to the hype, young designers from across India competed against each other to qualify for the final round of the Inspiration Award 2012, to be held in Shanghai this coming October, where an international jury and an online audience will select the winner from among 29 countries.

The award for first place is a cash prize of 15,000 Euros, along with 10,000 Euros and 5,000 Euros for the first and second runner-up respectively. The grand prize winner will also have the opportunity to turn his/entry into a limited-edition commercial product, which will be available at select Triumph outlets next year.

In India, several design schools came together to participate and the theme was 'Dragons and Butterflies', where entrants were meant to express their take on these quintessential Chinese symbols.

The judging panel consisted of fashionistas Anna Singh, Anupama Verma, Vikram Bawa, Nisha Jamwal and Anchal Kumar.

In the following pages we bring you the latest in lingerie offerings from Triumph, followed by some smokin' creations from India's young talent!
