The India Resort Fashion Week came to a close on Sunday. Here are some of the sexiest, flirtiest and most outrageous outfits on the ramp!
At the India Resort Fashion Week, fashion designers from across the country made a splash in Goa -- the capital of all things bohemian in India.
As models walked the ramp in sexy swimsuits and flirty bikinis, some designers (read James Ferreira) left a mark in their unique inimitable style. If you weren't in Goa this weekend, here's what you missed!

Asmita Marwa's collection, Reflections, was inspired by the 'free spirited independent and intellectual persona of a woman'. Said to reflect Princess Durru Shehvars's lifestyle, the look of Marwa's collection is 'gypsy with a hint of Middle Eastern elegance'.

Anupama Dayal describes her latest collection Sherbet as one that has been 'mixed, shaken and stirred to present a deliciously refreshing cocktail worthy of Goan sunsets'. The look, Dayal says, is 'ethereal yet earthy, organic and languid... Endlessly wearable -- practicality mixed with the need to look fabulous. Pure that does not preclude sexy'.

Divya Mohta's collection Birds of Paradise is said to be inspired by 'the varied colors of the flowers, sand, ocean and everything about the beach'. Oranges, yellows, red, blues and greens dominated Birds of Paradise. What's more, Mohta even managed to get her fellow designer Narendra Kumar to walk the ramp for her!

Ken Ferns' creations were inspired by the theme of 'a winter that's lost'. Using lightweight chiffons, satins, laces, nets and crepes, Ferns' collection was almost poetry on the ramp.

The inspiration for Pria Kataria Puri's latest collection was Persian punk. Needless to say the Persian influence on her designs was quite evident as the silhouettes were free flowing and the fabric soft so you could dress up by dressing down!

The sexy models with never-ending legs and washboard abs weren't the only ones who made heads turn. Some designers too were the centre of attention at the India Resort Fashion Week. Anupama Dayal was one of them. We've almost always loved her sense of style and her exuberance each time we run into her at various fashion weeks. Needless to say, in her cutesy sari and the trademark flowers, Dayal stood out yet again.

Quite like Anupama Dayal, designer Asmita Marwa also kinda makes us weak in our knees. Sporting a pair of sexy denim shorts at her show, Marwa seemed like she'd walked from the beach right on to the ramp to take a bow. Not that we are complaining.

For many of us who've watched him at the Lakme Fashion Week, James Ferreira has always been the quiet unassuming designer who likes to observe rather than be observed. So understandably when we saw him in this avatar, we were taken aback a little, understandably.
