Chakrapadasana (Leg circle)

Lie on your back. Inhale. Raise right leg in air. Simultaneously ensure the other leg is flat on ground. Exhale, drawing a clockwise circle. Inhale. Exhaling, drop leg back to floor to complete one round. Do thrice.

Relax to repeat three circles in anti-clockwise direction. Relax, resting till breathing returns to normal. Repeat for other leg.

Avoid: If having knee pain, lower backache, heart or high BP problems.

Benefits: Same as other leg raises in the series.
