Lie on the floor. Place hands alongside the body. Inhale. Raise your right leg. Ensure leg is straight and not bent at the knee. You may fold the other leg, to prevent excessive strain on your back. Continue normal breathing.
Flex the right foot, so your toes point towards you. Exhale, relaxing leg back to floor. Repeat thrice. Relax before repeating sequence for left leg.
Avoid: If having lower back pain, heart or high BP problems.
