Idli, Dosa and piping hot coffee!

We left Bangalore at 5 am on a Suzuki Fiero.

We zoomed down the Bangalore-Mysore road and stopped at Kamat Lokaruchi near Ramanagara, for a good breakfast of Idli, Vada, Dosa and piping hot coffee. The restaurant opens as early as 5.30 am!

Airfare for Rs 599 and less!

We were back on the road after a refuel. The route, the Mysore-Nanjangud-Ooty road and on to Gundlpet-Sulthan Bathery.

The road was good and within no time we were at the Karnataka-Kerala border check post. The topography changed drastically when we entered Kerala. With the cool winds and lush green forests, it is no wonder the state is called God's Own Country.
