B-schools don't teach you to face failures

The best B-schools stress on passing and emerging as winners. They ingrain confidence in the management students but don't teach them how to deal with failures in life. Failure and setbacks are inevitable. It is therefore important of evaluate whether they should continue their efforts or opt for something new, if they fail. It is very important to treat business failure as a lesson and as a step in the game of life, to be able to persist with one's objectives with full zest.
