Q. I had approx Rs 100000.00 dues on my credit card from Amex and Stan Chart when I left India. Recently I applied for my home loan as an NRI but the same was turned down as my name was appearing in defaulter list in CIBIL showing a present due of Rs 600000.00 as written off cases.
