Q. Mayor of Mumbai Shubha Raul may have scored a few brownies with the BMC getting a go-ahead from the Mumbai High Court to ban hookah parlours but for thousands of youngsters whose evening wear out on hookahs, it is decision that smacks of hypocrisy. I feel smoking and having chewing gutkas is more hazardous compared to HOOKAH. Wat d Govt needs to do is to stub out smoking.
