Q. why civil engineers are paid so less even they have to work almost 12 to 16 hours a day in hot summer without fan or even they donot able to carry umbrellas. in winter in chilling atmosphere with central heating, in rainy season even lighting are cracking and heavy rainfall they have to stand and bear all such unberable condition.
