Is there any law when the Company is owned by multiple share holder, like Rajasthan Royal and CSK.. the Principle Owner can do fraud and can get a clean escape??Generally, people like Kundra etc are only the face of the Company whatever they have the business empire. They are used for the illegal transaction for the company unless they are caught.. Once they are caught the Company put the whole blame of the individual.What does Company Law say on this??
