Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev is in Mumbai these days as a part of his Bharat Swabhiman Yatra, which started from Haridwar -- the headquarters of the Pathanjali Yoga Peeth -- and will move around the country for 300 days covering all states.

One of the camps, organised between 5 and 7.30 am, was held on May 2 at Kharghar and another on May 3 at Borivili.

A number of free Yoga camps by Baba Ramdev will also be held in Thane during his visit on May 5. The camps will be held in Patni Grounds at Airoli on May 5 in the morning.

Baba Ramadev demonstrated various asanas to relieve from various ailments like asthma, cancer, disabilities, diabetics, stress, anxiety, blood pressure and many others.

He said, "The overload of stress will create headache, tension, irritation and lack of sleep. Insomnia can make a person dull and feel tired."

Further, he said that anyone who meditated daily will be happier, healthier  and live longer  and they also will develop the mental ability and become more creative.

Yoga enthusiasts started congregating at the venue as early as 4:30 am in order to take prime positions in front of the stage on which Baba Ramdev performed yoga

Participants were seen asking health queries to which Baba Ramdev responded, even suggesting apt Ayurvedic medicines to cure the same.

He said in order to attain peace, we need to relieve our mind from stress and ill thoughts.

"Motivation and inspiration are the two important aspects in every human's life. Be holistic and eat healthy food in controlled diet."
