In his tenth address to the nation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke on a range of issues – from the heroes of Kargil war to road safety.

6) Apart from the government, it is also the duty of families to inform the youngsters about importance of road safety rules
7) Government will soon unveil a road safety policy and cashless treatment for victims of road accidents in select cities and national highways.
