PIX: Candice, Mallika 'dress down' for Cannes

Model Candice Boucher walked the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival for a movie premiere wearing this!

Designed by Gavin Rajah, the 'couture' gown just about managed to conceal the south African model's modesty with strategically placed lace. Not that anybody's complaining.

Our home-grown temptress Mallika Sherawat came this close to giving Candice a run for her gown. But she lost by a thin margin as her dress revealed very little as compared to Candice's. The actress chose a beaded see-through Eric Tibusch gown for her first Cannes appearance this year.

So much for dressing down.
