It was Salman Khan who was somewhat instrumental in getting Arjun Kapoor to join films.

The young Kapoor lad,  who is making his debut with Yash Raj Films' Ishqzaade, was inspired by Salman to lose weight and enter Bollywood. Khan, on his part, took him under his wings and trained him.

Strangely, Salman was missing when the rest of Bollywood was promoting Arjun on Twitter. The Bodyguard star recently took to Twitter to clear the air.

'Yup ! Arjun ranawat in my janam bhumi INDORE . Aur bolo , Yup ! I call arjun kapoor arjun ranawat,' he tweeted.

Salman isn't very happy with Bandra's nightlife, the western Mumbai suburb where he lives.

'Nothing much . went fr dinner at 12 n most of the places in bandra were shut n nite clubs shut at 1230 , boring bandra ,its bloody sad . Bandra used to b so much fun , v r done vit work by 10 reach hm at 11 work out n after that if v wanna chill etc every thing is shut . So sad fr the youth aree my father who is 76 has dinner at 1230 , not fair na ,' he added.

Meanwhile, director Kabir Khan shared a picture of Salman from the sets of Ek Tha Tiger, where they shot with a setup of 75 Canon 5D cameras. Ok... as promised here's a pic of Tiger from the sets,' he tweeted with the picture.
