Get your low down on what's happening in the world of Hollywood, right here!

Lindsay Lohan's sexy, all-white, form-fitting, mid-thigh dress, which she wore to court, has been selling like hot cakes.

The dress from designer Kimberly Ovitz's pre-fall collection is selling out at online stores that carry it, ABCNews.com reported.

The dress retails for 575 dollars. Some brick-and-mortar retailers may still have it, reports the New York Post

The moment the Mean Girls star stepped out of a black SUV in front of the LA courthouse attention shifted to her dress.

On her Twitter, Lohan wrote, 'i would never steal, in case people are wondering. I was not raised to lie, cheat, or steal... also, what i wear to court shouldnt be front page news. it's just absurd.'

Colin Firth has been honoured with 'Actor Of The Year' gong for The King's Speech at the London Critics' Circle Film Awards.

The period drama picked up three accolades at the BFI Southbank event, including British Film Of The Year and British Director Of The Year for Tom Hooper, reports the Daily Mail.

However, it was Facebook film The Social Network which did one better, taking home four trophies, including Film Of The Year, Director Of The Year and British Actor In A Supporting Role for rising star Andrew Garfield.

Unfortunately Firth's co-star Helena Bonham Carter missed out on British Actress Of The Year to Lesley Manville for Another Year.

The big shock of the night was Annette Bening beating Natalie Portman to the Actress Of The Year trophy for her portrayal of a lesbian mother in The Kids Are All Right.

The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (Glaad) gives the Vito Russo Award to openly gay entertainers who promote equal rights.

'Ricky coming out was a game changer for many gay and transgender Latino children,' the BBC quoted Glaad as saying.

'For too long, [they] did not have many out gay people to look up to,' it said.

Eva Longoria has admitted she is having a tough time coping with the end of her marriage to sportsman Tony Parker, and is "praying" for strength and courage to get over her heartache.

The Desperate Housewives' star's divorce was finalised in late January, after just over three years of marriage, and she admits she is struggling to adjust to life as a single woman again, reported Contactmusic.

"Starting over is hard to do... but life goes on... I pray for strength, courage and wisdom on my new journey... (sic)," she wrote on Twitter.

In order to keep her mind off the troubles, the 35-year-old actress has immersed herself in work, recently completing a photo shoot for her second perfume advertising campaign.

"Shooting my 2nd perfume campaign with @randallsslavin, the most amazing photographer! It will be out in September! Stay tuned! (sic)," she wrote in another post on the micro-blogging site.

Halle Berry to appear in The Simpsons

Halle Berry is all set to make a cameo in an Oscar-themed episode of hit animated show The Simpsons.

The Monster's Ball star has provided her voice for an episode of the animated series, in which a cartoon version of herself will wear the famous red dress she donned to accept her Academy Award in 2002, Contactmusic reported.

In the story, entitled 'Angry Dad: The Movie', Bart Simpson's cartoon about an aggressive father is turned into a film and wins huge critical acclaim. The movie wins a Golden Globe, presented by Russell Brand (voiced by himself), but Bart's dad Homer races up to the podium ahead of his son and gives his own acceptance speech. The movie's winning streak continues and Homer takes credit at each ceremony so when it's nominated for an Oscar, Bart keeps it quiet from his family. But Homer and wife Marge arrive at the ceremony just as Berry is presenting the statuette to Bart and after his fellow nominee Nick Park helps him realise that filmmaking is team effort, Bart gives his father some credit.

Speaking about Berry's cameo, screenwriter Al Jean said, "Halle starts talking about herself as she's presenting. She ad-libbed something she actually dreams about at night that we left in. We always ask the subject to give us a photo they'd like us to work off, and then we give the character an overbite. It's hard to make Halle Berry look bad."

The episode airs in the US on February 20.

Emma Watson has signed on to star in a Hollywood adaptation of a book criticised for its treatment of sex, drugs and suicide.

The 20-year-old Harry Potter actress will play the subject of an adolescent boy's affections in Stephen Chbosky's controversial book The Perks of Being a Wallflower.

Chbosky's book is among those that have prompted most complaints to the American Library Association, for its treatment of drugs, homosexuality, nudity and offensive language.

'Emma is not afraid to take risks as she grows up as an actress,' the Telegraph quoted one of her associates as saying.

Titanic, the doomed love story of shipmates Jack and Rose, has come out on top of a list of the most romantic movies ever made.

The blockbuster movie starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet grabbed the number one spot in the poll, beating off competition from Pretty Woman and Dirty Dancing, reported Ace Showbiz online.

Titanic was also recently voted most romantic movie moment of all time, for the scene where Jack hugs Rose from behind at front of ship.

It beat out the other romantic scenes from popular nine films including Love Actually, Ghost, The Notebook and six more.

While the James Cameron epic, which spent a decade as the most successful film ever made, was named the best in the poll conducted by Fandango.com, Sex and the City 2 was voted the Worst Chick Flick, ahead of All About Steve and My Big Fat Greek Wedding.
