Cinematographer Rajen Kothari, who worked on films like Ghayal, Zubeida and Welcome To Sajjanpur, passed away on September 26 due to a heart-attack.

Bollywood stars expressed grief over his demise and paid their tributes.

Manoj Bajpayee ‏tweeted: 'I am shocked to hear that our dear rajan kothari the ace cameraman is no more.what a fine person !may god bless his soul .my condolences!'

Director ‏Anubhav Sinha wrote: 'RIP Rajen kothari..... I guess God needs such wonderful people more than this world does. Shot GHAYAL and MRITYUDAND Beautifully.'

Onir tweeted: 'Very sad to hear that DOP Rajen Kothari Passed away. A very warm and loving man . He shot my first music video in Moscow way back in 1997.'

Shreyas Talpade ‏wrote: 'RIP Rajen sir. Had the honour of working with him on 1 of my fav films 'sajjanpur'.'

Madhuri Dixit to perform a Lavani for Jhalak finale

Madhuri Dixit, who recently shot the grand finale of dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa with Sridevi, tweeted her wishes for her film English Vinglish.

The finale episode will see Madhuri performing a high-voltage lavani.

'Had fun at the finale. It was a pleasure seeing Sridevi ji. Wish her all the best for her film! Meanwhile, had a blast performing a Lavani. I hope you enjoy it! Thought u would dig this. Wait until u see me in action!  Tune in Sunday to see me in action!' Madhuri tweeted with the picture.
