Veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar, who had worked with Pakistani ghazal singer Mehdi Hassan, turned to Twitter to remember him on his 87th birth anniversary on July 18.

'Aaj Mehdi Hassan sahab ka janam diwas hai.wo humare bich nahi hain lekin aaj bhi unka surila gaana sab ke dilo'n par raj karta hai,' she wrote.

Akshay Kumar resumes work

Akshay Kumar, who recently returned from a family vacation in USA, is now back to work.

'Meetings, dubbing, shooting and more meetings! After a month long #holiday, getting back to the grind is not bad at all. #rejuvenated,' he updated.

Kumar will be next seen in comedy film It's Entertainment, which releases on August 8.
