Raveena TandonAfter Karisma Kapoor, it is Raveena Tandon's turn to tie the knot. Both actresses made their debut in 1991 with Prem Qaidi and Patthar Ke Phool respectively.

While Karisma married childhood friend Sunjay Kapur on September 29, Raveena is getting her trousseau ready for a February 2004 wedding to her distributor fiancé Anil Thadani.

A snippet in Bombay Times mentions the actress will wear her mother Veena's lehenga for the wedding ceremony. Delhi-based designer Manav Gangwani will recreate the outfit in maroon with gold threads and semi-precious stone embellishments.

Gangwani suggests he might be working on Raveena's wardrobe for the mehendi and sangeet ceremony as well.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's films (Khamoshi - The Musical, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas) are known for their rich melody. But his new film Black, featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Rani Mukerji, will not feature any songs, says a snippet on planetbollywood.com.

Bhansali, however, is making his other project Bajirao Mastani with Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Rani, a full-fledged musical love story.

Hansal Mehta's (Chhal) new action drama, Waaris featuring Jackie Shroff and Sohail Khan will not have any music to boast of. Spanning the eighties to 2003, Waaris will be shot in the chilly locales of the Czech Republic and aims for an April 2004 release.

Tutu brand of optimism

Tutu SharmaHis Paanch (Kay Kay, Tejaswini Kolhapure) and Khullam Khulla Pyar Karenge (Govinda, Preity Zinta) have yet to see the light of day. His Ek Raat Achanak (Sanjay Dutt, Tejaswini) was stalled after five days of shooting. But producer Tutu Sharma is far from depressed.

He has gone ahead and launched a new film; Hum Tum Woh...! reports mid-day.com. The cast includes Aftab Shivdasani, Tejaswini Kolhapure and newcomer Darshika.

Interestingly, a few years ago, Sharma launched a film with the same title. The cast featured Sanjay Kapoor, Raveena Tandon and Pooja Bhatt. It was to be directed by Pankuj Parashar.

The new Hum Tum Woh…! will be directed by Rajat Rawail.
