Next we have this one from Tania Mukherjee, a a PhD student at the University of Houston, Texas. "I've really been enjoying the monsoon pictures shared by many, so I thought I'd share mine too," she says. "This was taken from my car window during the onset of the setting sun -- I loved the playful appearance of the nimbus clouds which bring the rain."

Pranav Kumar of Noida e-mailed in this snapshot, stating, "I pursue photography as a hobby and love to click nature pics. This was clicked by me on my trip to Mussoorie -- while checking out from the hotel last month, my eyes caught a glimpse of this intriguing flower, upside down and wet with tiny droplets from the recent shower."

"I was driving and it started pouring heavily," explains Animesh Dey of Noida. "Within a minute, the windshield of my car was looking as it is in the pic. I couldn't stop myself capturing such a beautiful and momentary frame."
